Feast your eyes on the perfect pancake recipe

Pancake Tuesday arrives tomorrow, just in time to feed that final sweet tooth craving before Lent kicks off.  We loved Chef Donal Skehan’s simple recipes for traditional pancakes and indulgent toppings featured in Saturday’s Weekend Magazine (full recipe available here). 


All you need is:

-          110g of plain flour

-          A pinch of salt

-          2 large eggs

-          200ml of milk

-          75ml of water

-          2tbsp of melted butter
